Privacy

SMM Studio is an internal Opscend product operated for a single customer. It is not open for public sign-up and there is no consumer offering.

What it holds. Content its operators create, the social accounts they connect, and the public messages, comments, and profile identifiers those platforms return. Where a person contacts the business through a social channel, their conversation and consent state are stored so replies stay within the window each platform allows.

Access. Data is isolated per tenant and enforced at the database, not only in the interface. Automated and AI components run under separate service identities that can draft and record but cannot approve, publish, or contact anyone.

Third parties. Content is sent to the social platforms an operator explicitly connects, and to infrastructure providers that host the application. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

Retention and removal. Records are kept while the account is active. Requests to access or delete data go to the address below and are actioned by a person.
